Sandbox checkout boundary
This checkout is a release-candidate sandbox and does not create a live charge. Production terms, privacy notice, refund terms, and a staffed support contact are not yet published; live checkout must remain disabled until they are.
A confirmed full refund revokes access. A dispute suspends access. Partial refunds do not automatically revoke. Restoration is manual and requires audited owner reconciliation.
